There is no set or fixed rate for a professional architectural services - each practice or building design agency will pitch at what they think they are worth based on many factors - namely demand and status!

PRICING STRUCTURE

CHP likes to provide the client with a full breakdown of ALL fees at the very start and it is our experience that most clients prefer a fixed fee structure which we can usually accommodate provided the clients brief is very specific.  We will either base our fees on a percentage of the construction cost for most schemes or we will estimate our hours for each stage of the project and confirm this in writing together with associated costs and other fees etc.

CHP will quote or estimate all other fees related to your project and these primarily comprise of a Planning application fee, Building Regulations application fees, Structural Engineers fees, Building over main sewer fees, and CHP disbursements for printing, postage, travelling, materials etc.
