We are based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire and we regularly prepare and submit schemes for Planning and Building Regulations within a 30 mile radius encompassing the following Local Authorities:-

Wycombe District Council.

Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

South Bucks District Council.

Chiltern District Council.

South Oxfordshire District Council.

Through our services for some National clients, we have also prepared and submitted schemes for sites nationwide and we have discovered that apart from a few characteristic differences, most Local Authorities and their processes are pretty much the same, so being outside your 'local patch' makes very little difference to performance.

Partnering:-

CHP has partnered with Wycombe District Council as their preferred Building Control Services supplier.  This means that CHP can obtain a consistent approach to Building Control issues for properties outside of the WDC area if desired by the client.
